There is an off season weight lifting program that is open to all RHS students.  

It begins the beginning of January and goes for the remainder of the school year.  

There are sessions for students in high school as well as a 7th and 8th grade weight lifting and conditioning program open to VCMS students in 7th or 8th grade.  

 

2017 Schedule:  May vary year to year so ask the coach

Monday - Tuesday - Thursday

High School kids 5:45 pm-8 pm

Middle School Kids 7 pm - 8 pm
